PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Create, optimize and align global Home travel process solutions representing PD, HHD, Connected Health digital solutionsDevelop, implement, manage analytical tools that enhance VOC and end user insight traceability from new product scoping through development and commercialization activitiesWork collaboratively within the home vertical global organization to define and implement analytical tools supporting upstream through downstream portfolio management, including streamlined product line management, new product definition, commercialization and end of life strategies​Normally receives general work instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignmentsDefine and implement global PD and HHD travel infrastructure and program in collaboration with cross functional teamManage external market research projects across Home product management organization.  Maintain balance across portfolios and alignment with priority projectsCreate product launch dashboards and analytical tools to measure regional and global effectiveness and identify areas of improvement/ optimization.Create global RFP and tender response infrastructure to drive product and solution response efficienciesSupport home product competitive analysis informing critical portfolio decision making, including new product/ project scoping, value proposition development and commercialization planning deliverablesWorks on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.Builds productive working relationships.Reviews and complies with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, local, state and federal laws and regulations.Other duties as assigned.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Most of the work will be performed within the Fresenius Medical Care North America corporate office in Waltham, MA.  This includes:  Sitting at desk 50% of time operating a computer, and performing other general office functions. Regular Business Travel 20-30% domestic travel (minimal international travel) will be required to conduct business at various locations which include but are not limited to: company manufacturing sites, customer offices/clinics, and trade shows.   SUPERVISION: None EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:     A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required in product management; with advanced degree no prior years of experience may be considered.Extremely motivated marketing professional with a proven track record of developing impactful marketing program.US nephrology healthcare market segment experience highly preferred.Understands fundamentals of conducting market research; promotional tool and message development required.Previous budget experience desired.Familiarity with advertising agency operations.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Collaboration skills are a must and demonstrated work experience across cultures is a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as effective presentation skills. Maintains pro-active approach to all situations, with ability to anticipate problems and come up with appropriate solutions. Exercises sound, independent judgment.
