3D Rendered Walkthrough Video Tour
We are looking for a 3D Rendered Walkthrough Video of a pre-construction townhome project. You will be supplied with the various 2D rendered pictures already existing for the project. You will need to take them and create a 3D walkthrough tour approximately 60 seconds long of both one of the specific units in the project and of the townhouse complex surrounding it. This is a 35 unit townhome complex.
The final video for the project will also include footage of the city the project is located in. You will be supplied with stock video footage and stock images that will need to be incorporated into the final video. You will also be supplied with a detailed storyboard describing the sequence of imagery and text to be used in the video.
The model townhome we will be portraying in the video is a three-story 1465 square foot unit. The units floor plan is provided below.
Top consideration will be given to freelancers who provide links to past 3D videos of pre-construction projects youve done. Quality is very important!
